Confusing Pension Tax Reclaim Form


HMRC are rushing to now re-work a badly worded pension tax reclaim form P55.

Taxpayers have been complaining that where they are trying to reclaim tax deducted after having taken their pension pot as a lump sum,  the form is proving difficult to use particularly if they are withdrawing more than one payment in a year.
